In order to get the best experience, you’ll want to fill out this new guest form below… Its a pre-consultation tool that will allow us to get an idea of what you’re looking for so that we can set up the right services and allot ample time to get to know you! After you’ve done so, please email your selected stylist photos of your current hair as well as any inspiration photos you’d like to share with us; send them to either [email protected] or [email protected] . This is the first step in our process, your information will be reviewed and we will contact you with appointment options in order to get booked within the following 48 hours. (**Note: If received on a Friday or weekend day, please expect a reply on the next business day.**)

Once your appointment is booked, you can expect a reminder email 48 hours prior to your appointment and a text message 24 hours before.

Once you arrive, head down the left hallway to the very back. We are in Suite 11 on the right side. Come on in and get comfortable. We will have an in-depth consultation fully discussing your hair goals and how we can achieve them. We will share our plans on how to get you to this dream hair as well as our maintenance schedule that is made special for you! Then it is time to pamper you!

Cancelations

Your appointment is very important to us – they are scheduled and time is reserved especially for you. We understand sometimes things come up and adjustments become necessary. Therefore, we kindly ask that if you must reschedule or cancel any appointment, and that you please provide at least 24 hours notice. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% does apply, and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

Please consider opting into text message and email reminders to help you avoid any mix ups.

You may reschedule your appointment online within 24 hours notice anytime of the day by visiting your stylists online booking site. Please contact your stylist directly if you need assistance in doing so!

Service Re-do’s

We strive to offer our guests the highest level of care and satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we’ll be more than happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. Please note, there are no refunds on services. Changing your mind on look is not considered an adjustment, along with not achieving a desired result in one service, when it is discussed that it may take several sessions. We do, however, want you to be 100% happy with your hair. If you have any questions on the above please contact your stylist directly.

Late Arrivals

We reserve your appointment time just for you, as we do for all of our lovely guests. A late arrival for an appointment may result in an adjustment to your service as to not disrupt another guests booking. Please be aware if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or alter your services, and fees may apply (including cancellation or service charges).

Children & Additional Guests

We currently ask that you bring no additional person(s) with you to your appointment at this time. Limited space and the current climate do not allow for additional bodies. Please only bring people with an appointment on your visit. We thank you for your understanding on this matter.

Location

Beauty Craft Company is located inside Palette Collective suites near JC Penny ( SW corner of Gilbert & Germann). There is plenty of parking out front in the parking lot. When you walk in you will find the coffee shop directly to your right, and it is open until 3pm daily. Ordering is available online or at the coffee bar. Palette Collective offers free wifi for your use! Just ask us for the password. When you come in, walk all the way down the left hallway, you’ll find us in the last suite on the right, number 11.
