I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Ashley, a down to earth, small town girl at heart. Being raised in Payson, I fell in love with a sense of community… The birth of Beauty Craft Company stems from my desire to create a sense of community that you’ll find welcoming, relaxing and inviting for you to come in and stay a while. Comfort to strike up conversation and feel at ease, knowing that there is always a place for you!

Becoming a hairstylist gave me an avenue to create both hair and a life that I love. I’ve always loved to help people, the best part of my job is that I can brighten a persons day with my touch and make them feel beautiful.I get to know and be a part of really awesome people’s lives; sharing in their moments of good and bad all along the way.

As a working mama, I know what a luxury feeling pampered and relaxed can be. We’ve designed our studio suite salon experience so that your comfort comes first. I work with an assistant so that you can relax knowing that you’re constantly being taken care of and we are here for anything you may need!

I’ve been a stylist for 14 years now and have really come into my own, my goal is to always underpromise and over deliver to exceed your expectations! My top priority is healthy hair. My specialties include luxurious dimensional color, haircuts that are created especially tailored to your hair including dry hair cutting, and providing four different methods of extensions to maximize your hair dreams! I also offer temporary extension methods you can use when you feel like, and are good for non-commitment. I’ve been a color educator with Goldwell for over 7 years now, and I make continued education a top priority so that I may always grow and expand my offerings to my guests.

I’m a reformed work-a-holic since I became a mom… I’m still exploring new hobbies, but can tell you my days off are well spent loving on and watching my two year old son grow and learn! When I get some “me time” I love to binge some of my favorite shows or catch up with my friends. I love music and miss the days of being able to go to live shows. I’m a passionate animal advocate and have been known to try and stop and save any loose dog I see on the street. We have 3 dogs that round out our family.

My Philosophy

The last 14 years behind the chair has allowed me to perfect the way I think as a stylist. Number one in my book is healthy hair… every decision I make regarding your service is made with that in mind.

As a professional I’ve learned that there is a need to be real and honest with my guests regarding a look they desire, the process to achieve that look, the health of their hair and what it can stand… if it is even a realistic possibility to be achievable. That there is a time to say no with their best interest at heart and my reputation in good standing.

I am not a stylist who believes that maintenance is cookie cutter or the same for each individual. I pride myself on creating a personalized plan to upkeep your hair, and to live within your beauty budget. I don’t believe highlights are necessary at each appointment and create a schedule to maximize the health of your hair, and longevity of the look.
